If your car is selected, you are entitled to show the vehicle, plus admission for 1 passenger and 1 driver per vehicle.  This is invitation only.  

Please have the car at Sawyer Aviation at between 3:00pm and 5:00 pm (or earlier).  We are hosting a VIP reception for YOU and the key sponsor partners of the event from 5 pm to 6 pm.  General event begins at 6pm. 

You also expressly agree that the vehicle will stay at the event until the close at 10:00 pm and be removed from the property prior to 12 midnight - unless specific arrangements made in advance.

** By registering your vehicle for this event, you attest that you have sufficient vehicle liability insurance for any damage caused by you or the vehicle and that you waive any and all liability for damage, no matter how caused, to your vehicle displayed at the event.  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Jet Center Foundation, Jet Center Events, LLC, Sawyer Aviation, The City Of Scottsdale, All sponsor / Partners,  all staff, employees, officers, volunteers or anyone in any way connected to the event regardless of cause including negligence, for any damage to you, your vehicle, guests, passengers, driver, your personal property in any way resulting from participation at the event, as well as transportation to and transportation from the event. **
